K1 Game Software User Agreement is a signed agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) and the K1 Game Software service provider (hereinafter referred to as “K1 Game”). K1 Game Software refers to the website k1.game, K1 Game PC client, and K1 Game related APP software.

Seven days after the revised agreement is announced, it will be deemed that K1 Game has notified users of the contents of the revised agreement. If the user does not agree to the amended agreement, please stop accessing and using the K1 Game software immediately.

If the user continues to access or use, it will be deemed to have agreed to the modified agreement.

K1 Game currently provides users with many Internet services, in addition to text and image information, but also including but not limited to video, voice communication, online games, chat rooms, etc. If a particular service has agreements, rules, , and leadership, the User must comply with the agreement, rules, and leadership, and the user must comply with these agreements when receiving all other services.

If the user has registered a K1 Game account, the user must comply with the “User Registration Agreement” while complying with this agreement. The “User Registration Agreement” is an essential part of this agreement. If there is any inconsistency between the two, this Agreement shall prevail.

If the user account has not been logged in for a long time, K1 Game reserves the right to cancel, recycle, replace or delete any account records in the K1 Game platform database (including but not limited to registration information, virtual gift information, etc.) other cleaning , related services are stopped at the same time. K1 Game will notify you in ways including but not limited to pop-up windows, website announcements, in-site messages, and client push messages before clearing the account.

User rules:

Users may not reverse engineer, reverse compile, or decompile the software; they may not use third party plug-ins to interfere with, modify, or destroy the software; they should not use possible bugs or loopholes in the software for personal gain.

Users are not allowed to use K1 Game services to produce, copy, publish, disseminate or store information that contains the following content:

Against the basic principles laid down by the Constitution.
Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity.
Damaging national honor and interest.
inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.
Undermining state religious policies and promoting feudal cults and superstitions.
Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, and undermining social stability.
Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crime.
Insulting or slandering others, violating the rights and legitimate interests of others.
Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

Users are not allowed to engage in commercial behavior such as advertising and selling products on K1 Game, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

Sending pornographic and vulgar content such as pornographic sites and adult product sites.
Post content that promotes fake and shoddy products or products that are not authorized for sale.
Send publicity of product content that is prohibited by state orders or sold without state permission.
Submit content such as game promotions and promotions, fake popularity, virtual currency sales, etc.
Delivering part-time organizational content and network publicity.
Advertising forms to promote links to other platforms and online games.
Scans the screen roughly, interrupting the sequence of platforms.
Other content that violates laws and regulations or the rules of the K1 Game platform.

The user guarantees the authenticity and accuracy of the information published and disseminated when using K1 Game, and at the same time guarantees that the information does not violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Illegal Act Violation:

Players with multiple accounts, same IP addresses, same email address, same real name, same bank account number and/or any other same personal information is considered asa violation.

If K1 Game finds that the user has acted in accordance with Articles 2.1 to 2.6, all liability shall be borne by the user. Non-K1 Game Software users are not responsible for any damages caused by human factors.

K1 Game Software is not responsible for the product effect, publicity, and information accuracy of the advertisements posted on this website, and users make their own judgment when they come into contact with these advertisements.

The user agrees that the operator will send service information and commercial advertisements to the device or software it uses to receive information, including on mobile phones, email, Telegram.

Intellectual property rights:

The text, images, video, audio, software and other elements of K1 Game, service logos, logos and patents of K1 Game, K1 Game owns the intellectual property rights of all the above content.

Paid service:
